Jennifer holds both a Master of Science degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Baylor University. She is certified by the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) and is licensed by the Texas State Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology. She has worked in the hospitals (acute and rehabilitation), pediatric outpatient clinics, public schools, and private practice. She has extensive training and experience in assessing and providing speech and language therapy to both adults and children.

Adam has served full time at Cole since 2004 and has been a part of its growth and success from the beginning.   He holds both a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Clemson University. Adam has been actively engaged in regulatory and legislative matters involving healthcare issues for many years.  He feels representing special needs children is one of the most rewarding things he can dedicate himself to.  He also consults with other healthcare providers to help improve financial and operational performance. Adam believes that successful healthcare companies are those that maintain steady growth while placing strong emphasis on compliance and overall patient experience.  Adam has also served in many ministry roles over the years including serving as an elder at his church, pastoral roles, and men’s counseling.

Jason Stark studied occupational therapy at Texas Tech University Health Science Center and earned his Master of Healthcare Administration from Texas Women’s University.  Being a clinician has benefited his leadership style, knowledge, and ability to lead in the healthcare sector.   He has been in senior management for over 15 years and thrives on multi-site management.  Jason’s overall goal is to coach and lead a cohesive team of leaders to ensure the success of the employees they serve, thus translating into positive results and satisfaction of employees and patients.  He believes his job as a coach and mentor is to serve his team to ensure they are the best version of themselves allowing them to serve their teams with the same compassion that provides an environment where employees and patients can thrive.

Jenny is a graduate of University of Houston, receiving her degree in Public Relations/Advertising with a strong focus on Interpersonal Communications. Majority of her career has been dedicated to healthcare marketing, sales generation and brand positioning for a multitude of service settings including home healthcare, outpatient pediatric therapy, applied behavior analysis and general rehabilitation. Jenny has over 15 years of experience which has proven to be instrumental in the development and implementation of company brands, as well as the growth and expansion of outpatient rehabilitation facilities throughout the Texas market. Jenny’s overall management of the business development team, community relation projects and talent recruiting has created a brand of leadership within the community. Her focus on strategic initiatives, process improvement and customer service has contributed to Cole Health’s ability to provide the highest standard of care to patients it serves.
